Who would have ever thought that cell phones would be more of a nuisance than a help. After receiving a HUGE cell phone bill last month from our longtime carrier with absolutely no explanation (after explaining and talking to 5 different people on the phone and they couldn't figure it out), we decided it was time to change. AT&T seemed to have the best family plan and according to their reception map on the internet, we would be "in the zone". Much to the contrary, one could get reception if they stood on one foot, cocked their head to the right, held up a pinky on the left hand and froze. With 3 kids, I don't have time for such acrobatics, so we went for Plan B, Appalachian Wireless. While they are rather pricey, it a.) beats paying an OUTRAGEOUS phone bill and b.) beats paying a good price and not getting reception. With that said, we are now a part of the Appalachian "family". Our new number is posted in the contact information.
