John's New Toy

John and I have wanted a camper since we were married and yesterday, we finally got one. We've been searching hard for the last month or two, trying to find one in our price range on our low budget. John spent all night putting it up, cleaning on it and just figuring out how everything works. It's like Christmas in August to him (despite the 100+ temperature). We are already planning some camping trips. The kids are excited, in fact, they wanted to sleep in it tonight. . too bad John had already put it down.

Faith Starts Piano

This Tuesday Faith started taking piano lessons at church. She's excited that she'll be able to play more than "Hot Cross Buns". Our pianist at church, Sarah, is her teacher.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DILLON!

Our baby turned 8 today. It is so hard to believe. . seems like yesterday he was Audra's size and I was rocking him to sleep. Time definitely has a way of getting away. John and I are trying to soak up as much as we can out of each day with our kids. We want their childhood memories to be good ones that they can look back on as happy times. Dillon is going to celebrate his birthday in Glasgow with a party at American Martial Arts where he used to take karate. I'll post pictures when we get back :-)
